超声辅助电阻钎焊6063铝合金接头显微组织的演变

Abstract采用超声辅助电阻钎焊方法实现Zn-2Al钎料与6063铝合金的连接,研究了声场及电场对接头微观组织演变的影响。结果表明,钎焊过程中施加超声振动能够有效促进钎料与母材形成有效连接,减少缺陷从而形成良好冶金性结合的钎焊接头,且钎缝层微观组织更加均匀细小。另外,超声功率和电流强度均对钎焊过程的溶解有显著影响,随着超声功率增加,母材的溶解加剧,钎缝中Al含量增加,共析alpha-Al相增多;而随着电流的增大,初晶alpha-Al相增多。
