| Abstract | 针对Pascal蜗线型齿轮齿廓设计的问题,根据非圆齿轮啮合原理,利用折算齿形法设计了Pascal蜗线型非圆齿轮的齿廓,并用Pro/E完成了Pascal蜗线型非圆齿轮的三维模型。讨论了齿根过渡曲线的生成,研究了一对Pascal蜗线型齿轮啮合的传动比特性;根据折算齿形法生成的渐开线齿廓有助于进一步研究Pascal蜗线型齿轮的线切割加工。 |
