| Abstract | 某催化裂化装置烟气轮机在正常运行中突然产生剧烈的振动,机组故障停机,检修时,打开烟气轮机后发现个别转子动叶片断裂,部分动叶片损伤报废。通过对断裂的动叶片进行宏观与微观的检查、分析,找出故障原因。对造成故障的烟气轮机出入口管线存在的问题进行阐述与分析,综合考虑烟气轮机日常运行时出现的问题,提出管线的优化方案和安装方法并实施。 |
