| Abstract | 食品安全危机已经成为一个广受关注并需要努力寻求破解之道的时代性难题。食品安全危机是多因之果,既有自然原因又不乏社会原因。单一的措施无法根治复杂且频发的食品安全危机,在"更加注重生态文明建设"的今天,更应该将其置于生态文明的视野中加以省察和分析,生态文明为多层次、多维度地破解食品安全危机提供了新视野。 |
