Y对Zr_(56)Co_(28)Al_(16)非晶合金结构和性能的影响

Abstract采用铜模吸铸法制备了一系列不含Ni和Cu的(Zr56Co28Al16)100-xYx(x=0,1,2,4)大块非晶合金(BMGs),对ZrCo-Al-(Y)系BMGs的结构、力学性能、耐蚀性能作了研究。结果表明,随Y含量增加,过冷液相区宽度(△Tx)从x=0的50.0K增加到x=2的59.2K;室温压缩断裂强度(σf)和塑性变形量(εp)分别从x=0的1 785 MPa、0,增加到x=2的1 965 MPa、4.1%。(Zr56Co28Al16)98Y2非晶合金在磷酸盐缓冲液中表现出良好的耐蚀性能,且具有76GPa的低杨氏模量。
