结构钢在应力三轴空间的宏观韧-脆断机理及梁柱连接抗断设防

Abstract基于损伤力学和Mises屈服理论对结构钢屈服和断裂解释的不融洽,以结构钢在三向等拉伸应力状态下屈服和断裂重合的保守假设为前提,原创性地提出了结构钢椭球面断裂模型及耦联的椭球面屈服模型。利用ANSYS软件中的参数化设计语言APDL和用户编程功能UPFs,将建议的结构钢椭球面屈服模型编制成有限元子程序模块,通过ANSYS软件的开放式接口实现了椭球面屈服模型的程序编制。进行了结构钢(Q235和Q345)、铝合金和、焊材(E43型和E50型)刻痕杆、开孔板、缺口板和开孔管共计415个试件的常、低温断裂试验,和基于结构钢椭球面屈服模型的数值模拟,较广泛地验证了结构钢结构钢椭球面断裂模型的精度和普适性。以结构钢椭球面断裂模型为判据,进行了方钢管混凝土柱-H型钢梁节点和箱型柱-H型钢梁节点断裂机理分析,提出了梁翼缘和腹板开孔型方钢管混凝土柱-H型钢梁节点构造、梁翼缘开长槽孔及对接焊缝扩大头型箱型柱-H型钢梁节点构造。对6个方钢管混凝土柱-H型钢梁节点和6个箱型柱-H型钢梁节点梁柱节点进行了低周往复循环加载试验,提出对T型钢桁架节点和焊接空心球节点进行了基于结构钢椭球面断裂模型的断裂机理分析
【英文摘要】BasedonthedisagreementofyieldandfractureofmetalindamagemechanicsandMisesyieldtheory,anellipticalfracturemodeltogetherwithanellipticalyieldmodelareoriginallyproposedforconstructionalsteelsontheassumptionthatconstructionalsteelsintri-axialsymmetricaltensionstressfieldyieldandfracturealmostatthesametime.ThesuggestedellipticalyieldmodelofconstructionalsteelsisimplementedinfiniteelementprogrambasedonthesoftwareANSYSbyusingofANSYSParametricDesignLanguage(APDL)andUserProgrammableFeatures(UPFs).Thetotalnumber415ofnotchedbars,plateswithhole,notchedplatesandnotchedtubesfabricatedfromsteels,aluminumalloyandweldmetal,aretestedatroomtemperatureandlowtemperature.Theprecisionandapplicabilityofthesuggestedellipticalfracturemodelarewidelyverifiedbynumericalanalysisontheabovetestedspecimensbasedonthesuggestedellipticalyieldmodel.FracturemechanismofjointsofH-sectionsteelbeam-squaresteeltubularcolumnfilledwithconcreteandjointsofH-stylesteelbeam-squaresteeltubularcolumnarestudiedbasedonthesuggestedellipticalfracturemodel.JointsofH-stylesteelbeam-squaresteeltubularcolumnfilledwithconcretewithopeningholeatbeamflangesandjointsofH-stylesteelbeam-squaresteeltubularcolumnwithslotholesandhorizontalhaunchatbeamflangesaredesigned.Low-cyclereversedloadingtestswereperformedonsixjointsofH-stylesteelbeam-squaresteeltubularcolumnfilledwithconcreteandsixjointsofH-stylesteelbeam-squaresteeltubularcolumn.Designsuggestionsaregivenforbeam-columconnections.Fracturemechanismofsteelstrussjointsandhollowsphericaljointsarestudiedbasedonthesuggestedellipticalfracturemodel.
