摘要In the context of artificial intelligence technology application, based on cognitive appraisal theory of stress, this study collected 368 samples by means of a questionnaire incorporating negative emotion and organizational support, and analyzed the conditional process of artificial intelligence technology disruption awareness affecting employees' turnover intention using a cascade regression method. The results of the study showed that artificial intelligence technology disruption awareness positively affects employees' turnover intention and the process was achieved through the mediating effect of negative emotion. Organizational support moderates the relationship between negative emotion and turnover intention, the higher the organizational support, the more it inhibits the facilitative effect of negative emotion on turnover intention. © 2023 ACM.
