摘要 | Considering the oil film damping and hysteresis damping coefficient, the dynamic spatial model of high-speed angular contact ball bearing is established based on Gupta’s dynamic theory. The geometric interaction between the ball and raceways is analyzed. The differential equation of each part is solved by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method, and the characteristics of the motion state of the ball and ring are obtained. The validity of the model is verified by comparing it with the Jones-Harris model. The vibration response of the ball passing through outer raceway is analyzed in time domain and frequency domain. The motion characteristics of the displacement and velocity of ball and inner ring are simulated and the sliding phenomenon of ball is studied. The results show that there is a particular time before bearing components obtain a stable operation, and the sliding of the ball is influenced by the load area. These results are helpful for the design of high-speed angular contact ball bearings. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG. |
