摘要	Duo to the transformation from production to process in quality control, the quality stability of multi-stations assembly process is investigated in this paper. Firstly, the assembly process has been modeled as one dimension discrete variant system by state space equation based on stream of variation. Then, the criterion to judge if the process is stable or not and the index-"Stability Degree" to show the level of stability have been proposed by analyzing the BIBO stability of system. Finally, a simulated example, a sheet metal assembly process with three stations, is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
