摘要It is a high dimension, non- protruding, dispersed, non-linear dynamic optimization question that the short time optimizes dispatcher's question of step power stations, so it is very difficult to find out the optimally solving in theory, but because it can bring the remarkable economic benefits, a lot of domestic and international scholars have been studying actively all the time, and propose a lot of methods of solving, these methods have one's own minuses. This paper combines the niche GA and self-adaptation GA together, set up one mix GA, utilize the niche elimination tactics to realizing selecting the excellent course, utilize self-adaptive hybridization and variation tactics to realize hereditary course to come, then apply it to solve the problem of short time optimize dispatcher of step power station group, result show this paper algorithm raise the dependability of solving and the speed and precision solved greatly. ©2009 ETP.
