摘要 | The parameter match of a rotor-stator cascade in a nuclear main pump has a significant effect on hydraulic performance. On the basis of the matching relationship between the geometric parameters of rotor-stator cascade, three factors and three levels were selected via the orthogonal test method to control the specific area and explore the influence mechanism of area for the hydraulic performance of the pump. By comprehensively considering the significance of the effect caused by the geometric parameters of the impeller and guide vane and the effect of their interaction on the hydraulic head and efficiency, the optimum combination scheme was determined. Results show that the effect of specific area on the hydraulic head and efficiency was significant. When ξ applied 0.835, the geometric parameters of the rotor-stator cascade reached the optimum match; both the hydraulic head and efficiency reached peak values. In the front edge area of the guide vane, the effect of ξ on the speed of liquid flow was significant. When the interior speed of the guide vane decreased linearly, the guide vane had a powerful control force for liquid flow. When ξ applied 0.835, CFD verified that HL reached the minimum value, the optimum specific area ξopt of 0.835 was obtained, the interior hydraulic loss of the rotor-stator cascade reached the minimum value, and the comprehensive hydraulic performance of the pump was improved.
