摘要 | According to the limitation of the traditional three-dimensional inverse method of centrifugal pump twisted blade, the inverse method based on the free-form deformation is proposed to design the three-dimensional centrifugal pump twisted blade. The difference of pressure between the pressure side and suction side is taken as the blade load. The shroud and hub streamlines are successively deformed according to the difference between the actual blade load and the objective blade load. A new method for controlling the meridian section curves is proposed according to the shroud and hub streamlines and the shape of blade inlet and outlet. The calculation case results show that the blade shape of proposed inverse method is almost similar to the target blade shape. At the design point and non-design points, the differences of efficiency are in the range of 0.6%. So it can quickly achieve the inverse problem of the centrifugal pump three-dimensional twisted blade accurately. This investigation can provide a certain reference for the three-dimensional inverse method of centrifugal pump twisted blade. © 2018, Science Press. All right reserved. |
