摘要 | Since the orbit shape and dynamic characteristics of the shaft contain abundant information for the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery and can reflect different faults of rotating machine, the shaft orbit recognition plays an important role in the fault diagnosis of steam turbine generator set. An automatic orbit recognition method is proposed in this paper. That is, the new median morphological filter combined the open-closing with clos-opening is used to eliminate the noise mixed in the original vibration signals in x and y direction, then the image feature are extracted from the shaft orbit reconstructed by using seven improved invariant moment. Input the seven invariant moments to the trained BP neural network, the orbit shape can be identified automatically. In order to study the ability of shape recognition, several white Gaussian noises are mixed in the different shapes, and the change of the moment invariant is observed and analyzed. Two cases are used to verify this model. It is shown that this model is feasible and high precision for identifying the orbit in fault diagnosis. Copyright © 2010 Binary Information Press. |
