摘要: A novel controller, employing a variable-structure single-neuron adaptive PSD (proportional integral derivative) approach, was proposed for regulating the deposition width variation in the Directed Energy Deposition-Arc (DED-Arc) layer. During experimental trials, the deposition speed was chosen as the manipulated variable, while the width of the deposition layer served as the measured parameter. To facilitate controller design, a vision sensor was custom-designed to accurately detect the width of the deposition layer. The captured image of the deposition layer's dimensions enabled the precise determination of the deposited thickness, forming the basis for subsequent controller development. In performance assessments, deliberate interference was intentionally introduced into the deposition current, deposition layer height, and the targeted deposition layer width. The assessment involved the controlled deposition of ten-layer components, focusing on width regulation for each deposition layer. 摘要: Conductive hydrogels have made them the material of choice for designing flexible sensors for elasticity, strain sensitivity, and excellent electrical conductivity. However, conductive hydrogels display poor tensile and cyclic stability due to the weak interfacial interaction between the gel network scaffold and the rigid conducting material. To solve this problem, in this work, we designed a DN network conductive hydrogel consisting of physically crosslinked silk protein and polyacrylamide, with silk protein molecular chains and polyacrylamide molecular chains interspersed with each other. The hydrogel demonstrated superb tensile properties and cycling stability, and the introduction of MXene organic dispersion further enhanced the hydrogel's mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, and frost resistance. SF/PAM/MXene hydrogel demonstrated excellent tensile properties (4960%, 120 kPa), stability under 1000% cyclic stretching. 摘要: The root residual stress during gear machining has a significant impact on the bending fatigue performance of the gear. The process parameters of gear hobbing (hob speed, axial feed speed, and radial cutting depth) directly affect the residual stress of the tooth root. To investigate the relationship between the process parameters of hobbing and the residual stress of the tooth root respectively, an analysis of an orthogonal and single factor was conducted in the hobbing experiment, taking into account the interactions among factors, which revealed the influence rule and primary-secondary relationship of the process parameters on the residual stress of the tooth root. The importance coefficients of the process parameters on the residual stress of the tooth root were calculated using the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) method. The results indicate that the residual tensile stress at the tooth root increases with an increase in the hob speed and axial feed speed within the selected range but decreases with an increase in the radial cutting depth. The influence of the process parameters on the residual stress of the tooth root can be ranked as follows: hob speed (importance coefficient 0.460), axial feed speed (importance coefficient 0.278), and radial cutting depth (importance coefficient 0.262). 摘要: This paper presents a series of laboratory tests to investigate the vibration isolation performance of open trench and wave impeding block (WIB) combined vibration isolation barrier. To study the vibration isolation performance of open trench-WIB, design the 15 pairs of trials, including comparison with other vibration isolation methods, and the variation of vibration isolation performance with the depth, width, and thickness of open trench-WIB. The experiment is validated by FEM results with vibration isolation performance. The experimental results show that the vibration isolation effect of open trench-WIB combined vibration isolation barrier is better than that of the open trench at various excitation frequencies, and it is most obvious in the low frequency band. In addition, the effects of trench depth, wave barrier depth, barrier thickness, and barrier length on the vibration isolation performance of the open trench-WIB combined vibration isolation barrier are discussed. 摘要: In the process of preparation of imprinted polymers, the introduction of external fields, such as magnetic field, microwave field, ultrasonic field, electric field and high-energy radiation field, to improve the structure and performance of imprinted polymers has become a novel direction of the development of imprinted polymers, and relevant reports have been increasing in recent years. However, the progress of research on field-induced imprinted polymers has not been summarized and noticed, resulting in few perspective on the shortcomings and future development of the field-induced effect which in turn has hindered its further study. Considering this, we firstly introduced the development history and mechanism of imprinted polymers. Then, the field-induced effects on the mechanism of polymerization and the structure and performances of imprinted polymers were summarized in the order of magnetic field-induced imprinted polymers, microwave field-induced imprinted polymers, ultrasonic field-induced imprinted polymers, electric field-induced imprinted polymers and high-energy radiation field-induced polymers. 摘要: 马铃薯是世界第四大粮食作物,具有产量高、对环境适应能力强、种质资源丰富的特点。同时,马铃薯所含优质营养成分较高,其功能特性对人体健康也极其重要,因此,马铃薯受到了食品加工行业的广泛关注,深入研究马铃薯中的营养成分对食品工业、食品开发等行业均具有良好的意义。在此基础上,为了提高马铃薯在功能性食品开发方面的利用价值,本研究首先从马铃薯淀粉、蛋白、矿物质和膳食纤维等营养成分出发,概述其营养特性及在马铃薯中所占含量,深入分析了马铃薯的降血糖、抗菌和抗癌等生理功能,并进一步总结了马铃薯制品和马铃薯特色产品等功能性马铃薯食品的研究现状,讨论了目前马铃薯食品加工行业存在的问题并提出了相应的建议,旨在为功能性马铃薯食品的开发和产业化提供参考。2024-01-18T06:42:21Z
