热处理工艺对Fe-79%Ni软磁合金磁性能的影响

Abstract采用真空电弧炉熔炼Fe-79%Ni合金,经过不同的热处理工艺进行退火处理。通过电子探针(EPMA-1600)观察其杂质的含量及晶粒的长大情况;并采用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测得合金的磁滞回线,分析其磁性能的变化。实验结果表明,二段连续退火与一次退火相比较,合金的矫顽力矾显著降低,饱和磁化强度略有提高;对二段连续退火工艺,随着保温时间的延长,合金的矫顽力风显著降低,饱和磁化强度显著提高。
