高强耐磨铝青铜合金在10% H2SO4溶液中腐蚀的研究

Abstract利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及静态浸泡腐蚀实验等方法,研究了高强耐磨铝青铜Cu-14%Al-x合金在10% H2SO4溶液中的腐蚀行为.研究结果表明,该高强耐磨铝青铜合金在10% H2SO4溶液中具有较强的耐腐蚀性能;合金的腐蚀速率随温度的升高而增大,当温度由20 ℃上升至80 ℃时,腐蚀速率由0.032 5 mm/a增加到0.260 8 mm/a;腐蚀后试样表面w(Al)明显下降,w(Cu)明显增加,合金发生的腐蚀主要是脱铝腐蚀.
