轻型化工渣浆泵叶轮轴向间隙泄漏流及磨损特性分析

Abstract针对渣浆泵的泵腔及叶轮磨损问题,基于DPM模型对LCF100/350型化工渣浆泵叶轮轴向叶顶间隙泄漏流及磨损特性进行数值分析。在清水介质条件下对泵轴向叶顶间隙泄漏流结构及泵外特性进行模拟,并与试验结果进行对比分析;固液两相流分析中液相采用k-epsilon Realizable湍流模型,固体颗粒相采用离散相模型,分析了叶轮轴向叶顶间隙处固液两相流场分布及其前泵腔磨损特性。分析结果表明:叶轮轴向叶顶间隙泄漏流与主流相互作用,在叶轮流道内产生泄漏涡;泵体磨损强度分布呈螺旋线分布,与实际的泵体磨损情况完全一致。研究结果为渣浆泵的磨损特性的优化提供了理论依据。
