卤素吸收剂与聚丙烯beta成核剂己二酸锌的匹配性

Abstract用物质的量比为1: 2的己二酸和氢氧化锌制备beta成核剂己二酸锌[Adi-Zn(OH)2],研究了其对等规聚丙烯(iPP)增韧改性时与卤素吸收剂硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌的配伍关系,实验保持Adi-Zn(OH)_2的添加量始终为iPP质量的0.2%。结果表明,硬脂酸钙的添加使iPP中的beta晶型数量减少,对Adi-Zn(OH)2成核作用阻碍大,冲击强度急剧下降;而当采用硬脂酸锌为卤素吸收剂且添加量小于0.04 %(相对于iPP)时,其对iPP的beta晶型数量和冲击强度几乎没有影响。此外,探讨了硬脂酸锌对Adi-Zn(OH)_2成核iPP氧化诱导期以及熔体流动速率的影响,证实了硬脂酸锌能改善iPP的抗氧化降解作用,并且可以显著提高iPP的熔体流动速率。
