P(AA - AM)@SA@淀粉复合暂堵剂颗粒的制备及性能研究

Abstract以丙烯酰胺(AM)和一定中和度的丙烯酸(AA)为主要单体,海藻酸纳(SA)为辅助单体,过硫酸钾(K_2S_2O_8)为自由基引发剂,采用溶液聚合法制备P(AA-AM)@SA复合颗粒;然后以淀粉(C_6H_(10)O_5)为辅助单体,硝酸铝(Al(NO_3)_3)为交联剂,通过糅合造粒制备一种溶解性能良好、颗粒尺寸3~ 5 mm的P(AA-AM)@SA@淀粉复合暂堵剂颗粒,考察了SA用量、Al(NO_3)_3用量、C_6H_(10)O_5用量和AA用量对暂堵剂颗粒吸水性能的影响。结果表明,最佳条件为: SA用量为6%(质量分数),Al(NO_3)_3用量为0.2%(质量分数),C_6H_(10)O_5用量为15%(质量分数),丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺摩尔之比为1∶ 1, 70 ℃反应3 h。此时吸水倍率为26.8 g/g。
