Al_2O_3颗粒增强Ni60A 涂层的耐磨性及组织研究

Abstract为进一步提高Ni60A合金涂层的耐磨性,采用超音速等离子喷涂技术在45钢表面制备不同配比的 Ni60A-Al_2O_3复合涂层。采用显微硬度计测其显微硬度,通过磨损试验分析其耐磨性能,利用SEM、XRD等分析技术对涂层显微组织、物相组成进行分析。结果表明:在Ni60A中添加Al_2O_3颗粒可提高涂层的硬度及耐磨性能。当Al_2O_3体积分数为25%时,该涂层的显微硬度和耐磨性能最好,耐磨性相对于Ni60A单一涂层提高了约7倍。该涂层的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主。
