交联剂对GG-g-PAA/OATP 吸液性能的影响

Abstract以瓜尔胶(GG) 、改性凹凸棒(OATP)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用紫外光引发接枝聚合法制备了GG-g- PAA/OATP吸水树脂,研究了交联剂对树脂吸液倍率、吸液速率和反复溶胀性的影响,采用FTIR对树脂的结构进行了分析。结果表明,交联剂对树脂的吸液性、耐盐性影响显著,交联剂与光敏剂存在最佳组合,使用酯类、醇类交联剂有利于提高树脂的反复溶胀性,但不同交联剂下树脂的吸液速率与吸液倍率成正比,且符合肖特伪二级溶胀模型。
