Abstract

来源于Quintinia树叶中提取2,3,2",3"-Tetrahydroochnaflavone的天然双黄酮首次被全合成.该化合物包含 naringenin和eriodictyol分子单元,以4-羟基苯甲醛和2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮为原料,关键步骤是通过Ullmann反应形成二芳醚单元和对醚键连接的双查尔酮进行环化得到目标产物.新化合物的结构经过~1H NMR, ~(13)C NMR和HRMS确认.
