共沉淀法Sr_3Al_2O_6 ∶ Eu~(3+)荧光粉的制备研究

Abstract尝试将掺杂的稀土激活剂离子和化合物主要组成元素铝等均以氯化物溶液形式,按照元素的化学计量比混合,采用化学共沉淀法成功制备出Sr_3Al_2O_6 ∶ Eu~(3+)红色荧光粉。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光光谱(PL)等分析设备,研究了焙烧温度以及保温时间对粉体结构、粉体颗粒形貌及发光性能的影响。结果表明,1150 ℃下焙烧2 h可获得纯Sr_3Al_2O_6相的样品,该相为立方晶系,Pa-3空间群结构,样品的荧光发射峰为612 nm,激发峰值为393 nm,样品的发光强度最高。
