GCr15 /35CrMo摩擦副的塑性接触面积对滑动磨损的影响

Abstract基于分形理论, 计算了35CrMo钢试样经过压缩疲劳试验后变形区域以及和GCr15配副滑动磨损后的实际接触面积A_r、塑性接触面积A_(rp)和塑性接触面积比率A_(rp)/A_r, 分析了塑性接触面积A_(rp)和塑性接触面积比率A_(rp)/A_r的变化量deltaA_(rp)和deltaA_(rp)/A_r与磨损量的关系, 采用扫描电子显微镜观察了35CrMo钢试样磨损表面的形貌.结果表明: 35CrMo试块经过压缩疲劳以及和GCr15配副滑动磨损后, 接触面材料的剥落引起了塑性接触面积A_(rp)和塑性接触面积比率A_(rp)/A_r的减少, 塑性接触面积比率的变化量deltaA_(rp)/A_r可以描述磨损量的变化, 当deltaA_(rp)/A_r<-0. 5时, 磨损量急剧增加.
