液压电机叶片泵的基础理论及实验

Abstract基于把电动机与液压叶片泵中的关键运动件合二为一的思想,使液压叶片泵直接集成在特制的电动机内部,发展新一代液压动力单元--液压电机叶片泵,使之具有结构紧凑、噪声低、效率高、无外泄漏等突出优点。采用理论分析、数值模拟、试验相结合的方法,研究液压电机叶片泵的电磁驱动动力学、能量转换效率、噪声控制、结构实现等基本理论及实验,进而创立液压电机叶片泵的基础理论,为研制开发具有自主知识产权的高效低噪的液压电机泵奠定基础,推动液压动力单元的小型化、集成化及高效化的发展。本项目提出了电动机-液压泵-辅助泵一体化液压动力单元的构型,研制出了内置孔板离心泵的液压电机叶片泵样机及性能测试系统,获得了比较系统的液压电机泵试验数据,形成了液压电机泵设计、计算和测试的基本体系,获得发明专利和实用新型专利8项,发表论文10篇,其中EI/ISTP收录论文5篇,培养硕士毕业生3名。
【英文摘要】Basedontheideaofintegratingthekeymovingpartsofelectricalmotorwiththatofhydraulicvanepump,Anelectric-motor-pumpisdeveloped,whichisintegratedbyanelectricmotor,avanepumpandaport-platecentrifugalpumpasacompacthydraulicpowerunit.Theintegratedpumpdemonstratesattractiveadvantagessuchasmorecompactstructure,lowernoise,higherefficiencyandnoexternalleakage.Adoptingthemethodsoftheoreticalanalysis,numericalsimulationandexperiment,thebasicresearchesinthehydraulicelectric-motor-pumpsuchastheelectromagneticdrivedynamics,energyconversionefficiency,noisecontrolandstructuraldesignwillbeinvestigatedinthisproject.Thenthebasictheoriesonhydraulicmotor-pumpwillbeestablishedtoguidethedevelopmentofthehighefficiencyandlownoisehydraulicmotorpumpwhichhasself-ownedintellectualpropertyrightsandtopromotethedevelopmentofminiaturization,integrationandhighefficiencyofhydraulicpowerunit.Annewconfigurationofcompacthydraulicpowerunitisproposedwhichisintegratedbyanelectricmotor,apumpandacentrifugalpump.Anprototpyeofelectric-motor-pumpwithaport-platecengtrifugalpumpisdevelopedandatestrigforitsperformacetestingisestablished,andtheexperimentaldataoftheelectric-motor-pumpisobtained.Abasicsystemonthedesign,computationandtestofelectric-motor-pumpisformed.Eightpatentshasbeenwarranted,tenpapershasbeenpublishedinwhichfivepapersisindexedbyEIorISTP,andthreepostgraduateshasholdedtheirmasterdegree.
