新型金属磷化物电极材料的设计、制备及其赝电容机理研究

Abstract金属氧化物能够产生赝电容而具有高于碳材料的能量密度,是一类能够有效提升超级电容器能量密度的电极材料。然而,大多数金属氧化物电导率较低,很难兼具高比容量、优异的倍率性能和良好的循环稳定性。为解决这一缺陷,许多研究者致力于研究金属氧化物微观结构与其赝电容性能的关系。虽然微观结构是影响赝电容性能的一个重要因素,但本征结构对赝电容性能的影响同样是不可忽视的。因此,本项目拟以电导率更高、本征结构易于调控的金属磷化物为研究载体,通过调节金属磷化物中金属原子和磷原子的比例,实现对金属磷化物本征结构特性的有效调控;系统研究金属磷化物本征结构特性(晶体结构、晶胞参数和结晶度等)对其赝电容性能(比容量、倍率性能和循环稳定性)的影响规律及作用机理。并以此作为理论依据,得到具有优异赝电容性能的金属磷化物电极材料。通过该项研究,力图阐明材料本征结构与其赝电容性能的关系,为设计新型高性能赝电容材料提供理论依据。【英文摘要】Metaloxidescandeliverhigherenergydensitythancarbonmaterialsduetotheirpseudo-capacitivecharacteristics,isakindofthematerialtoimproveenergydensityofthesupercapacitors.However,mostofmetaloxideshavelowconductivity,anditisdifficulttoprovideacombinationoftheultrahighspecificcapacitance,excellentratecapability,andexceptionalcyclestabilityforthesematerials.Toimprovepseudo-capacitiveperformanceofthemetaloxides,manystudiesarefocusedoninvestigatetherelationshipbetweentheirmicrostructureandpseudo-capacitiveproperties.Thoughthemicrostructureisoneofimportantfactorstoinfluencepseudo-capacitivepropertiesofelectrodematerials,buttheeffectsofintrinsicstructurealsocannotbeignored.Therefore,inordertostudytheaboveproblem,highconductivitymetalphosphideswitheasycontroloftheintrinsicstructureareemployedinthisproject.Consequently,theintrinsicstructureofmetalphosphideswillbeeffectivelytunedbyadjustingtheratiosbetweenmetalandphosphoruselement.Theeffectofintrinsicstructure(crystaltexture,cellparameter,andcrystallinity)onpseudo-capacitiveproperties(specificcapacitance,ratecapability,andcyclingperformance)ofthemetalphosphideswillbesystematicallystudied.Thennovelmetalphosphideswithexcellentpseudo-capacitivepropertieswillbeobtainedbasedontheabovebasis.Theprojectaimsatrevealingtherelationshipbetweentheintrinsicstructureoftheelectrodematerialanditspseudo-capacitiveproperties,andpavingthewayfordesignofhighperformancepseudo-capacitivematerialsinfuture.
