应变对高温超导体内临界电流密度影响的本构关系研究

Abstract高温超导体内临界电流密度的本构关系是研究磁通俘获、交流损耗及力学响应特性的基础和关键。本项目基于超导体的磁通钉扎机制,针对应变引起的临界电流密度退化,开展临界电流密度-应变耦合本构关系研究。探讨微结构晶粒尺寸和形态、晶界宽度及方向改变对磁通钉扎力的影响,从唯象理论出发,计算磁通钉扎力解析表述。结合临界态理论及微结构变形,建立虑及尺寸效应的临界电流密度-应变耦合本构关系模型。本项目研究可揭示应变引起临界电流密度退化的物理机制,为高温超导体的电-磁-力多场耦合行为特性研究提供理论基础。【英文摘要】Constitutiverelationofthecriticalcurrentdenstiyisthekeystudyofthemagneticfluxcapture,theACpowerlossandthemechanicalresponseinthehightemperaturesuperconductor.Whilethestrainstronglyreducesthecriticalcurrentdensityinsuperconductorsanditseffecthasnotbeendescribedexplicitlyandphysically.Hence,inthisproposal,thestraineffectwillbecoupledintotheconstitutiverelationofthecriticalcurrentdensityforthehightemperaturesuperconductorbasedonthemechanismofthefluxpinning.Usingthephenomenologicaltheory,theinfluencesincludingthegrainsizeandshape,thegrainboundarywidthanddirectiononthefluxpinningforcearediscussed,thentheanalyticalexpressionoftheforceisdeveloped.Finally,thecouplingrelationshipbetweenthecriticalcurrentdensityandthestrainisestablishedwiththegrainsizeeffectandthedeformationofthemicrostructureconsidered.Thus,thisworkwillrevealthephysicsofthecriticalcurrentdensityreductioninducedbythestrainandthencontributetotheresearchofelectro-magneto-elasticcouplingcharacteristicsinhightemperaturesuperconductors.
