基于氧化石墨烯的纳米复合高吸水性聚合物耐盐、缓释性能调控及机理研究

Abstract高吸水性聚合物在干旱地区节水保水、生态修复等方面具有重要的应用价值,但实际使用中其较差的吸水保水、耐盐性能是制约其大面积应用的瓶颈因素。本项目拟对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行化学修饰使其表面带有烯基等活性基团,与非离子型亲水单体原位聚合或共聚制备具有高吸水保水、耐盐及对化肥、农药有缓释性能的纳米复合高吸水性聚合物(NCSAP)。探讨在纯水、盐溶液环境下NCSAP网络中以共价键合连接的GO片层对高分子链伸展、卷曲或NCSAP网络塌陷产生的影响,探讨GO片层结构对NCSAP网络中水分子以及担载的化肥、农药缓释机理,并开展实际使用条件下NCSAP溶胀能力及对化肥、农药的缓释性能研究,阐明GO表面化学性质及添加量与NCSAP网络结构、缓释性能及耐盐性能之间的构效关系。项目的实施可能得到一类具有实际应用价值的保水、缓释材料,也可为新型高性能NCSAP材料的设计和制备提供科学依据和有益借鉴。【英文摘要】Superabsorbentpolymerhassignificantapplicationvalueinwaterpreservingandecologicalrestorationinaridregions.However,thepropertiesoflowwater-absorption,water-retentionabilityandpoorsaltresistantofsuperabsorbentpolymerintherealenvironmentareconstrainttoitsuseinlargeareas.Accordingly,weproposedherepreparationofnano-compositesuperabsorbentpolymer(NCSAP)withthefunctionofwater-absorption,water-retentionandslowreleaseforpesticideandfertilizerbyinsitupolymerizationorcopolymerizationofchemicallymodificatedgrapheneoxide(GO)containingalkenylbycombinationwithnonionichydrophilicmonomers.TheeffectofGOnanosheetslinkedbycovalentbondsonthestretch,curlofpolymerchainsandthecollapseofNCSAPnetworkinpurewaterandsaltingsolutionwillbeinvestigated.Theslow-releasemechanismofGOlayeredstructureforwatermolecularintheNCSAPnetworkandthecarriedpesticideandfertilizerwillbepresented,andthestudyoftheNCSAPswellingabilityandtheslowreleaseforpesticideandfertilizerunderthepracticalconditionwillbecarriedout.TherelationshipbetweenthesurfacechemistryofGOandthestructureofNCSAPnetworkbycombinationwiththepropertyofslow-releaseandsaltresistantwillbeillustrated.Theimplementationoftheproposedprojectwillnotonlypossiblydevelophighwaterretentionandslowreleasenanocompositeswithgreatpotentialsforpracticaluseinthefieldofagricultureandforestry,butalsoprovidescientificevidenceandbeneficialmodelforfurtherdesign,preparationofnovelandhigh-performanceNCSAPmaterials.
