基于消费者渠道迁徙行为的双渠道供应链合作策略

Abstract双渠道供应链中消费者渠道迁徙行为将加剧渠道竞争和渠道冲突,需要有效的合作,但国内外基于消费者渠道迁徙行为的双渠道供应链合作的研究尚未形成系统的技术方法和解决方案,一些关键问题还未得到解决。鉴于此,本项目拟针对制约基于消费者渠道迁徙行为的双渠道供应链合作策略中的一些重点难点问题,建立基于消费者渠道迁徙行为的双渠道供应链合作定价、渠道合作以及信息共享等合作策略,解决顾客感知成本、顾客体验成本、顾客渠道服务等因素与消费者渠道迁徙路径关系函数的刻画、解决合作策略对消费者渠道迁徙行为影响的刻画、解决制造商与零售商的信息预测准确性对消费者渠道迁徙行为影响的刻画等关键问题,形成基于消费者渠道迁徙行为的双渠道供应链合作策略的一套较为系统的技术方法和解决方案,为双渠道供应链战略的实施提供理论和方法。【英文摘要】Consumerchannelmigrationbehaviorwillintensifieschannelcompetitionandconflictindual-channelsupplychain,whichneedstobecollaboratedeffectively.Nevertheless,someofkeyissuessuchastechnicalmethodsandsolutionswithregardtothecooperationofdual-channelsupplychainunderConsumerchannelmigrationbehaviorhavenotyetbeensolvedsystemically.So,forsomeofthekeyanddifficultiesissues,thisprojectintendstoestablishcooperationstrategyofdual-channelsupplychainunderconsumerchannelmigrationbehavior,whichincludecooperativepricing,channelcooperationandinformationsharing,andthensolvekeyissuessuchasdescribingofconsumerchannelmigrationpathondifferentcircumstances,cooperationstrategiesandtheforecastingaccuracyofmanufacturerandretailerimpactonconsumerchannelmigrationbehavior.Finally,systemictechnicalmethodsandsolutionstocooperationstrategiesofdual-channelsupplychainunderconsumerchannelmigrationbehaviorareputforwardtoprovidetheoryandmethodsfordual-channelsupplychainstrategy.
