西北侵蚀环境下城市隧道衬砌结构长期性能及服役寿命

Abstract根据西北地区地下混凝土结构所处的水文地质状况、自然环境、及长期工作条件,开展城市隧道衬砌结构长期性能及服役寿命研究。首先,针对影响隧道衬砌结构长期性能的各侵蚀因素进行混凝土衬砌材料性能劣化试验,以揭示隧道衬砌材料性能的劣化过程与演变规律,获取材料性能劣化定量评价参数。其次,在室内制作与隧道结构具有相似工作环境及受力状态的结构模型,进行在多因素协同作用下隧道衬砌结构损伤破坏模型试验,揭示隧道衬砌整体结构的破坏形态、损伤形成机理及结构性能退化演变规律。再次,开展侵蚀环境下隧道结构腐蚀性长期监测模式及系统研究,提出隧道衬砌结构的腐蚀性长期监测模式与方法。最后,以试验与腐蚀监测为基础,通过深入分析全生命周期隧道衬砌结构损伤形成过程及长期性能退化规律,建立一种基于时实动态参数修正的侵蚀环境下城市隧道衬砌结构长期性能及服役寿命预测模型。成果对西北地区地下混凝土结构耐久性及服役寿命研究具有重要科学意义。【英文摘要】Accordingtothehydrogeologicalconditions,naturalenvironment,andlong-termworkingconditions,anumberofstudiesonlong-termperformanceandservicelifeofurbantunnelliningstructureinNotrthwestChinaarecarriedout.Firstofall,basedoneacherosionfactorsaffectinglong-termperformanceoftheconcreteliningstructure,somedeteriorationtestsofmaterialpropertiesareperformedinordertorevealtheevolutionofthedegradationprocessofliningmaterialpropertiesand,andtoobtainaquantitativeevaluationparametersofmaterialpropertiesdegradation.Second,theinteriorstructruralmodelwhichissimilartoactualtunnelliningwithworkingenvironmentandstressstatearemade,andmodeltestsoftunnelliningstructuredamageandfailurearecarriedoutinthemultivariatesynergyconditionsinordertorevealthedamagemorphologyoftheoveralltunnelliningstructure,formationmechanismofstructuraldamage,anddegradationevolutionofstructuralperformance.Third,someresearchesonmodesandmethodsoflong-termcorrosivemonitoringoftunnelconcretestructurearecarriedoutundererosionenvironmentinordertoestablishamodelofreal-timeassessmentandpredictiveoftunnelliningcorrosive.Finally,throughin-depthanalysisofdamageformationprocessandlong-termperfomancedegradationruleinthefulllifecycleoftunnelliningstructure,anewmethodsoflong-termperformanceevaluationandservicelifepredictionbasedonprobabilityareproposedforurbantunnelliningstructureundertheerosionenviromentinnorthwestChina.Theseresearcheswillhaveveryimportantscientificsignificancetoimprovethedurabilityandservicelifeoftheundergroundconcretestructure.
