介孔含油聚氨酯材料的制备及摩擦机理研究

Abstract聚合物介孔材料因其微小的孔径尺寸及特殊结构,是一种非常具有摩擦学应用潜力的新型材料。本研究采用聚氨酯作为基体材料,通过两种方式来制备聚氨酯介孔含油材料并对其摩擦学行为进行研究:界面聚合制备聚氨酯含油微胶囊,将其嵌入到聚氨酯基体中得到闭孔含油聚氨酯材料;模板法使用二氧化硅作为模板,通过溶液分散、化学刻蚀及真空浸油的方式得到开孔含油聚氨酯材料。使用微观以及宏观摩擦学评价方式考察两种含油聚氨酯材料摩擦磨损行为,分析固液复合润滑的形成、稳定作用及润滑失效,揭示材料的润滑机制;研究不同介孔结构、尺寸、形貌、介孔率以及含油量的材料的摩擦学性能变化,揭示材料的微观结构与材料的摩擦学性能的对应关系;通过分析磨损表面的物理形态及化学结构,揭示材料摩擦化学反应,探索介孔含油聚氨酯的磨损机理。【英文摘要】Owingtothesmalporesizesandparticularstructures,mesoporouspolymercontaininglubricatingoilsisapromisingmaterialfortribologicalapplication.ThisstudyadoptsPolyurethaneasthematrixandutilizestwodifferentwaystopreparethemesoporousmaterialscontaininglubricatingoils:preparationofoilcontainingPolyurethanewithcloseporesbypreparingthePolyurethanemicrocapsulesencapsuledoilascorematerialsviainterfacialpolymerizationandbyembeddingthemicrocapsulesintothePolyurethanematrix;preparationofmesoporousPolyurethanewithopenporebyusingsilicaastemplate,dispersingthemintothePolyurethanesolution,chemicaletchingandvacuumimpregnationbysequence.Thetribologicalbehaviorsofthetwomaterialsarestudiedbymeansofmicro-andmacro-weartesters;theprocessofformation,steadyfunctionandfailureofthesolid-liquidcomplextransferfilmsareevaluatedandthelubricationmechanismofthematerialsarerevealed;thetribologicalpropertiesofthematerialswithdifferentstructures、sizes、morphologies、prosityratesandoilcontensarestudiedandtherelationshipbetweenthemicrostructureandthetribologicalpropertiesarediscussed.Byanalyzingphysicalmorpholgyandchemicalconfigurationofthewornsurfaces,thetribochemistryisexploredandthewearmechanismofthemesoporousPolyurethanecontaininglubricatingoilsarediscussed.
