超声波作用下液态活性钎料在碳材表面润湿行为及界面反应

Abstract先进碳材与金属钎焊时,熔融钎料在碳素材料表面的润湿性是保证钎焊成功的先决条件。但由于碳素材料与金属的物理及化学特性的巨大差异,致使大部分金属都不润湿碳材,尤其是在大气条件下钎焊时,很难形成完整接头。本项目以解决和提高大气条件下液态钎料在石墨表面的润湿性为目标,以构建超声波作用下液态钎料在石墨表面的润湿理论为学术思想。以活性钎料为研究对象,测定在不同条件下金属元素在石墨表面的接触角、粘着功、表面张力等基础数据。通过分子动力学模拟计算界面元素扩散及反应机理。研究超声波作用下,活性钎料在石墨表面的润湿行为及界面反应。通过热力学计算以及原子尺度的计算机模拟,构建大气条件下超声波活性钎焊的理论基础。研究解决超声波活性钎焊技术中的重大基础问题,为提升我国金属/碳素材料的钎焊技术,提供科学依据。【英文摘要】Whentheadvancedcarbonmaterialsandmetalisjoinedwithactivebrazing,thewettabilityofliquidfillermetalonthesurfaceofthecarbonmaterialsisaprerequisiteforbrazing.Butduetothereisabigdifferencebetweencarbonmaterialsandmetalonthephysicalandchemicalproperties,thejointcouldnotbeformedbecausethewettabiltyoffillermetalonthesurfaceofcarbonmaterialispoorunderatmospherecondition.Theaimofthisprojectistoimprovethewettabilityoftheliquidfillermetalsonthesurfaceofthegraphite.Toestablishwettingtheoryofliquidfillermetalsonthesurfaceofthegraphiteischosenastheacademicguidingideologyforthisresearch.Theactivefillermetalsischoosedasstudysubjects.Thecontactangle,adhesionwork,surfacetensionofmetalelementsonthesurfaceofthegraphiteandmechanismofinterfaceelementdiffusionandreactionwillbeacquiredunderdifferentconditions.Thetheoreticalbasisofactivebrazingunderultrasonicwillbeestablishedbythermodynamiccalculationandcomputersimulationofatomicscale.Thewettingbehaviorandinterfacereactionresearchoftheliquidfillermetalsonthesurfaceofthegraphitewillbestudiedundertheactionofultrasonic.Theimportantbasicproblemsinultrasonicreactivebrazingtechnologywillberesearchedandsolved.Thescientificbasiswillbeprovidedtoenhancebrazingtechnologyofmetal/carbonmaterialsinourcountry.
