热力耦合作用下高速电主轴动力学分析与实验研究

Abstract电主轴是高速数控机床的核心功能部件之一,在高速旋转过程中,其热特性对系统稳定性尤其对机床的加工精度有很大影响,是高速电主轴动态性能研究领域的难点。本项目拟研究热力耦合作用下高速电主轴系统动力学特性表征理论与方法,实现电主轴系统动态响应分析与预测。在深入研究多物理场耦合作用下电主轴生热机理与传热机制的基础上,建立基于温升机理的高速电主轴热特征模型;理论分析与计算电主轴角接触球轴承内部主参数与预紧力、发热及刚度的定量关系;探讨预紧力与主轴-轴承系统热学和力学性能参数的内在关系,提出高速电主轴热力耦合动力学特性分析理论与方法,解释高速电主轴热力耦合动力学问题,揭示高速电主轴设计参数、耦合因素对系统动态性能指标的影响机理和规律。该项目属于交叉学科的基础性问题和研究前沿,为高速电主轴单元优化设计提供理论基础,具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。【英文摘要】Motorizedspindleisakeycomponentofthehigh-speedNCmachinetools.Thethermalcharacteristicsofmotorizedspindlehavegreateffectonitssystemstabilityespeciallyformachiningprecisionduringhigh-speedrevolution,whichmakesdifficultiesinstudyingthedynamicbehaviorofmotorizedspindles.Therepresentationmethodofhigh-speedmotorizedspindledynamiccharacteristicwiththermo-mechanicalcouplingeffectsisstudiedinthisprojecttoanalyzeandforecastthedynamicresponseofthesystem.Basedonthedetailedstudyofmulti-physicalcoupledheatgeneratedandheattransfermechanism,thethermalcharacteristicmodelofhigh-speedmotorizedspindleisestablished.Thequantitativerelationshipamongtheprincipalparameterofangularcontactballbearingandpreload,frictionheatandstiffnessiscalculated.Theinternalrelationsbetweenpreloadandthermalandmechanicalpropertyparametersofspindle-bearingsystemisinvestigated.Thetheoriesandmethodsofthermo-mechanicalcoupleddynamiccharacteristicsofhigh-speedmotorizedspindlesareproposed,inordertoexplainthermo-mechanicalcouplingdynamicsandrevealtheinfluencemechanismofdesignparameters,couplingfactorsonthedynamicperformancesofthesystem.Thisprojectisbelongtothebasicissuesandresearchfrontiersoftheinterdiscipline,providesatheoreticalbasisfortheoptimaldesignofmotorizedspindleandhasimportantscientificsignificanceandapplicationvalue.
