含多逆变器的微电网系统网络化分层控制方法研究

Abstract微电网已成为国内外解决电力系统众多问题的一个重要辅助手段,本项目针对含多并联逆变器的微电网并网与孤岛运行方式以及2种运行方式之间的转换,提出新的网络化分层协调控制方法。利用网络化通信技术,建立基于时间和空间尺度的微网系统网络化分层控制体系结构和数据通信平台;对比分析虚拟同步发电机和逆变器下垂控制性能优劣和物理相关性,研究多逆变器并联组网的微网系统的网络化分层控制策略;针对有功和无功分量严重耦合引起的无功功率无法精确分配和增加虚拟电抗带来的电压跌落问题,深入研究中央控制器二次频率\电压控制和联络线功率控制,寻求最佳的有功功率\无功功率动态经济分配算法;分析微网系统主动从主干电网切入\切出的瞬态过程,研究多逆变器协调同步接入\退出主干电网的控制方法。通过搭建数字仿真平台和实验平台,分别验证所提出方法的有效性,从而实现微网在结构和负荷发生变化时仍能稳定运行,并网与孤岛运行方式能平稳过渡的目标。【英文摘要】Asaneffectivewaytosolvevariousproblemsinmodernpowersystems,microgridisincreasinglyadoptedathomeandabroad.Accordingtothegrid-connectedandislandedoperatingmodesofmicrogridandthechangeoverbetweenthem,anewNetwork-basedhierarchicalcoordinatedcontrolmethodwasproposed.Usingthenetworkcommunicationtechnology,thenetwork-basedhierarchicalcontrolstructurebasedonthedifferenttimeandspacescalesanddataacquisitionplatformformicrogridwasestablished;comparativeanalysisofVirtualSynchronousGenerator(VSG)andinverterdroopcontrolperformanceandphysicalcorrelation,thenetworkedhierarchicalcontrolstrategyformicrogridwithmulti-inverterparallelwasstudied;Fordealingwithinaccuratedistributionofreactivepowercausedbysevercouplingbetweenactiveandreactivecomponentandvoltagedroopbyaddingvirtualreactancetoinverter,throughthecentralcontrollerwithsecondfrequency/voltagecontrolandtielinepowercontrolstudy,theoptimalactivepowerandreactivepowerofdynamiceconomicallocationalgorithmwasseek;analysisthetransientprocessofthemicrogridfromthemaingridstartingorcuttingout,thecontrolmethodofmulti-invertermorecoordinatedsynchronousaccess/exitthemainpowergridwasproposed.Throughtheplatformofdigitalsimulationandtheexperimental,theeffectivenessoftheproposedcontrolmethodswerevalidatedrespectively.Thestudiesfortheprojectmakesthemicrogridwithavarietyofdistributedgenerationcanstillstableoperationofgridconnectedandislandedoperationmodeandwithasmoothtransitionevenifthestructureandloadchanges.
