3000HP型钻井泵液力端阀盘模型有限元仿真分析

Abstract阀盘是钻井泵液力端的重要组成部件,了解到阀盘在钻井泵的正常工作时经常产生疲劳,造成失效。用三维建模软件Solidworks建立钻井泵泵阀阀盘的三维实体模型。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对阀盘模型实际工作中的受力情况进行了有限元分析求解,得到阀盘在40 MPa高压力下的应力云图和变形云图。与阀盘材料作比较,校核表明,阀盘的强度和刚度满足要求。
