摘要 | The porous CuO nanorods were prepared through calcination of the precursor which was obtained from hydrolysis of Cu(NO3)(2) and urea solutions at 130 degrees C for 4 h on hydrothermal condition. The structure and morphology of porous CuO nanorods were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The synthesized CuO nanocrystals are of rod like shape and full of porosity with average diameters of 100-200 nm and lengths of up to 2 mu m. The forming mechanism of the porous CuO nanorods was discussed. |
