摘要 | Under the background of the "double carbon" target, the pressure of implementing the responsibility weight of new energy accommodation in Gansu Province is increasing, and the contradiction between new energy accommodation capacity and installed capacity is also prominent. Based on the analysis of the current situation of new energy accommodation in Gansu Province, this paper further puts forward the problems existing in new energy accommodation, and then constructs a new energy time series production model, with the goal of 60 million kilowatts and 80 million kilowatts of new energy installed by the end of 2025, respectively, to measure the new energy accommodation capacity. Finally, the new energy power generation and the rational utilization rate of new energy in 2025-2027 are calculated. © 2023 IEEE. |
