摘要The improvement of the effectiveness and robustness is one of the biggest challenges in the planning and designment of communication network for wide area measurement system (WAMS). Therefore, the reliability and real-time of information transmission for WAMS is guaranteed in this paper from the aspect of network topology optimization design. Firstly, the multi-path planning problem of WAMS communication network is formulated and proofed as a NP-Hard problem under the constraints of the trade-off between reliability and effectiveness. Secondly, a fault-recovery provisioned multipaths planning (FRPMP) algorithm is proposed to obtain the sub-optimal solution of the formulated problem. Thirdly, performance superiority of the proposed FRPMP algorithm is verified with simulation experiment and numerical example. The results analysis shows that there are obvious advantages of the FRPMP algorithm in terms of robustness and effectiveness.
