摘要 | The image segmentation,information extraction and the definition of binary image are the key points in automatic scratch detection system. The Gabor filter is used to enhance the scratched image of the blade surface,and the optimal parameters of the Gabor filter are determined by information entropy function. A gradient threshold method,which combines the three-spline interpolation operator with the Ostu threshold,is proposed to analyze the scratch image,and the image segmentation optimum threshold is determined by the edge density function of the processed image. The holes and the miscellaneous points in the binary image of scratched are further optimized by the morphological opening operation. The optimum corrosion thresholds are determined by using the Brenner gradient function. Finally the binary image of scratches with little impurity and high edge definition are obtained. It is showed that the proposed method can be used to identify the scratches on the surface of the blade,which will provide the foundation for automatic identification of scratches. © 2020, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
