The Exchange Bias Effect of CoFe2O4@NiO Core-Shell Nanofibers Based on Annealing Temperature

摘要The exchange bias effect (H-EB) has been studied in this work. The coaxial electrospinning technology is used to prepare nanofibers (NFs) with core-shell structure. The magnetic properties and H-EB of CoFe2O4@NiO NFs are studied at different annealing temperatures (400, 450, 500, 550 and 600 degrees C). Its morphology and magnetic properties have been measured by XRD, SEM, HRTEM and VSM, respectively. The H-c and H-EB increase first and then decrease, reaching the maximum value at the annealing temperature of 550 degrees C. M-s is 42.7 emu/g and H-c is 958Oe at 300 K. M-s is 47.2 emu/g, H-c is 12653 Oe, and H-EB is 758 Oe at 5 K. With the increase in annealing temperature, the coupling effect at the interface is enhanced due to the change of distance between core and shell. The results in this work provide significant application in spintronic and magnetic recording devices.
