摘要 | In the paper, Sb2O3/PP composites samples were prepared by ball-milling dispersion method and melt blending method. The effects of Sb2O3 particle size and filling amount on the toughening, reinforcing effect and crystallinity of Sb2O3/PP composites were analyzed by izod impact test, tensile test, SEM, XRD and DSC characterization means. The results show that the filling of Sb2O3 particles can improve the crystallization and mechanical properties of Sb2O3/PP composites. With the increase of filling amount of Sb2O3 particles, the tensile strength and impact strength of Sb2O3/PP composites increase first and then decrease. When the content of Sb2O3 particle reaches 2 wt%, the tensile strength and impact strength of Sb2O3/PP composites reach a maximum. Simultaneously, with the same filling amount of Sb2O3 particle, the nano-Sb2O3/PP composites have a better crystallization and mechanical properties than those of the micron-Sb2O3/PP composites. © 2019 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland. |
