摘要 | The 1 200 MPa cold-rolled dual phase steel was designed and manufactured by adopting C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb and C-Si-Mn-Nb system in laboratory, and its thermoplastic properties were studied. The results showed that after cold rolling, the test steel exhibited the tensile strength of 1 205 MPa and 1 235 MPa, the yield strength of 545 MPa and 530 MPa, the yield ratio of 0.45 and 0.43, and the elongation of 11.5% and 10.5%, respectively. Besides, the C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb based test steel presented superior mechanical properties to that of C-Si-Mn-Nb based test steel. Moreover, the thermoplastic properties of the test steel were studied by means of thermal simulator. For the two kind of 1 200 MPa cold-rolling dual phase steel under experimental conditions, it can be found that there exist brittle zone and brittle zone in the C-Si-Mn-Nb based test steel, while there exists only brittle zone in C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb based test steel. Both of the test steels show low thermoplastic property in the range of 600-1 100 and reach a minimum at 750, which results from the precipitation of Nb(C, N) and AlN along the austenite grain boundary. © 2018, Materials Review Magazine.
