摘要 | In the torque experiment of guide vane in a pump turbine at pump mode, torque coefficient is not definitely axisymmetric among all tested guide vanes. Based on experimental results and numerical method of computational fluid dynamics, numerical calculations in the pump turbine at pump mode were carried out to analyze flow characteristics of guide vane. SST k-ω turbulence model was used in the calculations. The numerical simulation results of the hydraulic torque are consistent with the experiment results in all openings. The experimental results show that the torque factor of the pump operating condition is presented the parabola law. When the opening is less than 43.0%, a large number of vortexes are generated by the flow in the distributor field. With the opening decreasing, there are more vortex and more obvious turbulent flow. The monitoring value of torque factor and statics pressure get worse uniformity while opening decreasing from 43.0%, and their periodical regularity is gradually disappearing. When opening within 51.2% to 67.6%, flow field in the pump mode is smooth. Torque pulsation amplitude and pressure pulsation amplitude all increase while opening decreasing from 43.0%, their pulsation intensity are significantly enhanced. © 2018, Science Press.
