摘要The Nickel metallurgy device is driven by an electric motor; the electrical control system' core is the Mitsubishi PLC controller, which implements the purification process automation control. The system functions between the various motor can either start interlock, they can also start automatically. Interlock state, stop either emergency stop and reverse order can also be parking. Lock and unlock buttons set in nine bag houses dust collector. When locked, the system allows the intake valve of each bag house, antisuction valve and ash unloading valve is closed, and thus cannot affect the system operation to replace the bag room. Start the main blower overhaul case, the order. In electrical control, set the continuous cleaning and differential pressure cleaning in two ways. When the 2 # scraper fault alarm buzzer.
