| 摘要 | In order to control the content of lubricating oil in the best range in working chamber of horizontal scroll compressor, a seal structure between the orbiting scroll and the frame was installed to control the leakage of lubricating oil from the crankcase into working chambers by means of regulating the parameters such as sealing pressure. The relations of the lubricating oil amount in working chamber between sealing pressure, relative speed of motion, lubricating oil viscidity and gas pressure ratio were obtained by experiment. The results show that this seal structure can control the amount of lubricating oil in working chamber accurately, and reduce the gas leakage from the back-pressure chamber to suction pocket. So that the lubrication between two scroll wraps is ensured, and the consumption of the lubricating oil is saved. |
