摘要	In order to discuss the seam-tracking technology based on A-TIG welding, from the arc voltage characteristics of A-TIG welding,an arc voltage mathematical model of the process of A-TIG welding was built, and the integration differential method of seam-tracking was used, then a simulation model of the seam-tracking of A-TIG welding with Matlab/Simulink was built. The waveform got by modeling and simulation is consistent with the actual measurement which proves that the arc voltage mathematical model is suitable and correct. The model provides support for A-TIG welding.
