摘要 | A kind of new desulphurization agent Co3O4-γ-Al2O3/ATTP, which was a composite desulphurization adsorbent made of mixture of γ-Al2O3 and attapulgite (ATTP, produced in Gansu Linze) and some additives, and coated with the metal oxide (Co3O4), was studied. The influences of different ATTP content, roasting temperature, containing water rate of the desulphurizer and the concentration of Co(NO3)2 on capability of SO2 desulphurization by Co3O4-γ-Al2O3/ATTP were also studied. According to the experiments, when ATTP content was about 60%-70% of the total, roasting temperature was about 600C, the concentration of Co(NO3)2 was about 20%, and containing water rate of the desulphurizer was 15%-30%, the desulphurization adsorbent had good adsorption and good ability of desulphurization as a catalysis agent. Its sulfur tolerance was 19.74%, which was superior over CuO-γ-Al2O3/ γ-Al2O3 and CuO/γ-Al2O3 desul-phurizers. |
