摘要 | Grillage flexible slope supporting structure with prestressed anchors is a new active reinforcement technique developed from the prestressed anchor flexible retaining method for the supporting of deep foundation excavations or the improvement of the stability of existing slopes. In order to better understand its service behaviors and working mechanism, a few issues about the design and construction of this kind of supporting structure are discussed, so as to accelerate its rapid development. Based on a concrete slope reinforcement project, some issues of design are studied, which include the value of safety factor, the analysis and design method of double control of bearing capacity and stability of supporting structure, the design of slope angle, the determination of the position of the bottom anchor, the analysis of anchorage segment length and freedom segment length of anchor, the action analysis of pile foundation and the setup of expansion and contraction joints. In addition, several key issues of construction are discussed, including the slope repair and setting out, the grouting of anchor, the application of anchor prestress and supper-excavation. Finally, a number of qualitative and quantitative conclusions are drawn; and some rational suggestions are offered, so as to provide a basis for further understanding the service behaviors and working mechanism of grillage flexible slope supporting structure with prestressed anchors, and offer some useful references about the design and construction for engineering technical personnel. |
