Supercapacitor is a new type of energy storage equipments with high energy density,long cycling life,quick charge capability,which provide a new road for the energy crisis and environmental pollution.In the range of numerous electrode materials for supercapacitor,metal compound exhibit higher specific capacitance than carbon materials as well as better cycling stability than conducting polymer materials.In recent years,metal phosphides have received extensive attention for their high electric conductivity and good electrochemical characterization.In this thesis,nickel phosphide were prepared by different methods,which show different structures,and their microstructure and morphology were analyzed by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS methods.At the same time,the electrochemical performance were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV),galvanostatic charge-discharge,and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS).
