摘要	本文以现代战略人力资源管理相关理论作指导，将国美电器、苏宁电器作为我国家电连锁零售企业的典型代表，运用比较研究和案例研究等研究方法，分析了目前我国家电连锁零售企业的发展现状和存在的主要问题，借鉴沃尔玛公司等国外零售连锁企业人力资源管理的先进经验，提出了加强我国家电连锁零售企业人力资源管理的对策措施。
其他摘要	This paper took the modern theory of strategic human resource management as a guide, Gome, Suning Appliance as a typical representative of China's home appliance retail chain, adopting the comparison study method and the case study method, analyzed the current development and existing problems of China's home appliance retail chain enterprises, and proposed countermeasures to strengthen China's home appliance retail chain enterprises human resource management by learning from the advanced experience of foreign retail chains such as Wal-Mart's corporate human resource management.
